Action Plan Session
Are you unhappy with things around your house and are unsure of where to start and what to do first? Let me come over and help you get together a plan of action!
This appointment allows us to create a step by step plan for you, weather this plan is to be completed this month or over the next 5 years. We will take a walk around your space, take measurements, discuss your wants, needs, likes and dislikes, look through your inspiration pictures, etc. and develop a plan of ACTION. From here you can use this plan to either move forward with confidence on your own, or we can work together moving forward -- where I take on all the mess and stress in getting the project completed.
Cost: $185 (up to 1.5 hours)
One Room Makeover Package
In this package, you will get a 3D floorplan of the room with a shopping list, including ideal measurements, showing you how to make confident purchases with a clear vision of how your space could look.
This one room makeover package is perfect for those who have Pinterest pages, Houzz idea books, and dog-eared magazines but feel they need some support to implement their ideas. It’s also perfect for people ready to move on from their hand-me-down and make-do furniture, and upgrade with beautiful pieces that truly reflect their style and space.
Cost $250
Shopping list includes a detailed item description and dimensions. Links to specific items available for an additional charge.
Cohesive Flow Package
This package is the one room makeover package expanded to three rooms to achieve a cohesive flow throughout your home.

Kitchen & Bath Remodel
Designing and remodeling a kitchen and/or a bathroom can be overwhelming as there are many decisions to be made. The layout, aesthetic, function, products and materials are just the beginning. I am here to help you find the balance between aesthetic, function, and resale value for the two most important rooms in the home.
First, I focus on you. How do you cook? Do you entertain large crowds? Does your kitchen also need to serve as a homework space? Should your master bath function as a highly efficient “get you out of the door in the morning” space or serve as a true oasis where you can relax and unwind? My kitchen and bath design services include everything from cabinetry planning to materials selections to a full design plan and remodel of your kitchen and bath. Whether your kitchen is small or large, modern or traditional, or somewhere in between.
Building a New Home…
If you are considering building a new home, I can work with you to help you make the myriad of choices that are involved with a new build. Builders normally give you a few days to view your options and make final choices for your new home. This can be quite daunting, so before they are locked in let me be there at your side as a sounding board to help you with your choices. At an hourly rate I will guide you with:
Space planning pre & post construction. Let’s make sure what you want to put in the space is what’s drawn on the floor plan
Discussing the benefits of different countertops
Tile, faucets and lighting selections
Assist with flooring choices
Floor outlet placement (which is set when you are pouring foundation so don’t call me too late!)
Interior and exterior paint, brick, stone, siding
Cabinetry style and layout for kitchen and bathrooms
