Building a New Home…

If you are considering building a new home, I can work with you to help you make the myriad of choices that are involved with a new build. Builders normally give you a few days to view your options and make final choices for your new home. This can be quite daunting, so before they are locked in let me be there at your side as a sounding board to help you with your choices. At an hourly rate I will guide you with:

• Space planning pre & post construction. Let’s make sure what you want to put in the space is what’s drawn on the floor plan

• Discussing the benefits of different countertops

• Tile, faucets and lighting selections 

• Assist with flooring choices

• Floor outlet placement (which is set when you are pouring foundation so don’t call me too late!)

• Interior and exterior paint, brick, stone, siding

• Cabinetry style and layout for kitchen and bathrooms

• and so much more
